What type of Lip Filler do we use?
Your injector has your best interests in mind and will choose the correct dermal lip filler for your lips based on an assessment.
How long does Lip Filler Last?
You can expect the filler result to last anywhere from 6-9 months, however this does NOT mean the filler is completely gone. It is extremely important to NOT continuously over fill the lips as this leads to product migration and the unattractive filler mustache.
What is the healing process like?
The lips are extremely vascular therefore, you will have significant swelling and possibly some bruising post procedure. The first 48 hours are always the worst in terms of swelling. Relax, the swelling will go down. Generally by Day 5 the lips start to appear more 'normal' and by Day 7 the lips will appear settled. It takes about 2 full weeks for the filler to fully soften and integrate properly.
