These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods and services available on our Site.

Spa products such as hair, nails, skin, body and wellbeing products etc. Any associated industry products such as permanent makeup products or other new products may be added from time to time..

The following services are available on our Site:

Spa services, medical spa services, massage services and general beauty and wellness services.

The services will be paid for in full upon the completion of the service.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods and services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods and services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods and services we provide. You agree to purchase goods and services from our Site at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Our Site may offer goods and services from third parties. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of goods and services made available by third parties on our Site.

User Goods and Services
Our Site allows users to sell goods and services. We do not assume any responsibility for the goods and services users sell on our Site. However, if we are made aware that a user is violating these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to suspend or prohibit the user from selling goods and services on our Site.

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.

Shipping and Delivery

We primarily offer in-store pickup for products purchased through our website. Pickup is available at our Kitchener location.

Shipping may be available within Canada for select orders. We do not ship outside of Canada. If shipping is offered, all applicable shipping and delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be communicated or calculated at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

While we will make reasonable efforts to have orders shipped and delivered in a timely manner, delivery dates and shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including the name of the recipient. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address or person due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Refunds for Services and Products

Services: We do not provide refunds for services that have been completed. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please refer to our Cancellation and No-Show Policy. Deposits may be refundable only in accordance with the terms outlined in that policy.

Products: We may offer refunds or exchanges for eligible retail products in accordance with our Product Return Policy. Products must meet the applicable return conditions to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Product Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Retail products may be eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase, provided that the product is unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been opened, used, damaged after purchase, or are not in their original condition.

If a product is defective or damaged at the time of purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Sale items, gift cards, and other promotional purchases may be final sale unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Consumer Protection Law
Where the Consumer Protection Act, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.

Cancellation Policy

At Euro Reflections, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. Last minute cancellations and missed appointments prevent us from accommodating other clients and result in lost time for our service providers.

By booking an appointment with Euro Reflections, you agree to the following:

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty if at least 24 hours' notice is provided.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of $30 for every hour of appointment time booked.

No Show Policy:

Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without providing notice will be charged a no show fee of $30 for every hour of appointment time booked.

Examples:

30 minute appointment: $15 fee
1 hour appointment: $30 fee
1.5 hour appointment: $45 fee
2 hour appointment: $60 fee
3 hour appointment: $90 fee

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining appointment time. Services may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for other clients. If your appointment cannot be completed due to your late arrival, it may be considered a late cancellation and the applicable fee may apply.

Repeat No-Show Policy

Clients who have a history of multiple missed appointments or no-shows recorded in their client file may be required to prepay in full for future appointments in order to secure a booking. Prepaid appointments will be subject to our standard cancellation and no-show policy.

This policy helps us protect appointment availability for our clients and compensate our service providers for reserved appointment time.

Outstanding Fees

Any cancellation or no show fees must be paid before future appointments can be booked. Euro Reflections reserves the right to require deposits or prepayment for future appointments.

Deposit Policy

To secure certain appointments, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Deposits are generally required for appointments lasting one hour or longer, service packages, and higher-value services.The deposit amount will be communicated to the client at the time of booking and will be applied toward the cost of the scheduled service. Deposits help us reserve dedicated time with our service providers and protect against last-minute cancellations and missed appointments. Deposits may be subject to our Cancellation and No-Show Policy.

Appointment Reminders

Appointment reminders are sent as a courtesy. It remains the client's responsibility to remember and attend their scheduled appointment, regardless of whether a reminder is received.

Exceptions

Management may waive cancellation or no show fees in cases of genuine emergencies at its sole discretion.

By booking an appointment with Euro Reflections, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Cancellation Policy.

Limitation of Liability
Euro Reflections and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.

Indemnity
Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Euro Reflections and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.

Dispute Resolution
Subject to any exceptions specified in these Terms and Conditions, if you and Euro Reflections are unable to resolve any dispute through informal discussion, then you and Euro Reflections agree to submit the issue first before a non-binding mediator and to an arbitrator in the event that mediation fails. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding. Any mediator or arbitrator must be a neutral party acceptable to both you and Euro Reflections. The costs of any mediation or arbitration will be shared equally between you and Euro Reflections.

Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, you and Euro Reflections agree that you both retain the right to bring an action in small claims court and to bring an action for injunctive relief or intellectual property infringement.

Severability
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.

Changes

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site. We will notify users by email of changes to these Terms and Conditions or post a notice on our Site.
