Walk-Ins
Although we do accept walk-in clients when we can accommodate them, we recommend that clients always call ahead and book an appointment to ensure their appointment can be properly accommodated.
Late cancellations, Deposits & No-Shows

Non-Deposit Appointments: If you cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be subject to a fee of $20/hour of the service total which will be added onto your next bill. In cases of now show appointments, you will be subject to a fee of 50% of the service total which will be automatically added onto your next bill. For any appointments with the nurse, the no show fee is $100 flat.

Subsequent last-minute cancellations, rescheduling or no-shows will result in a mandatory deposit for all future appointments, and the cancellation fee must be paid before any future appointments can be booked.

Deposit Appointments: We have some lengthy appointments that require a deposit due to the amount of time booked in the schedule. These appointments require any cancelling or rescheduling to be done prior to 48 hours of your appointment, otherwise you will forfeit your deposit and must place another deposit when you rebook with us.

If you book online for an appointment that requires a deposit, a representative will contact you via phone, and the deposit will be taken off your total the day of your appointment.

If you are going to be late to your appointment, please call us. If you are late, you will only receive your service for the remaining time in your appointment, unless we are able to accommodate the time difference however, you will be charged for the full amount of the original service. If you are so late that we are unable to accommodate your appointment, you will be subject to the $30/hour late cancellation fee.

All deposits are non-refundable however they are transferable to any service you would like.
Service Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely contented, please let us know during your treatment or within one week after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections to ensure your satisfaction. We perform corrections by the original staff member, or another staff member in some cases, to ensure satisfaction. We do not offer refunds, nor do we offer corrections more than 7 days after a service was performed.
Gift Cards and Packages
Gift cards and packages bought on gift cards are non-refundable. However, if you wish to discontinue the package or use the gift card for something other than what it was originally purchased for, then you can use the remaining balance for other services or products under our roof. If the package you are breaking has special pricing, the services which you have already had from the package will be recharged at the full amount, rather than the special package amount. Gift cards never expire and can be used at your convenience. Gift cards left unused for 2+ years no longer retain the service pricing attributed to them. They become a general amount of money to be used towards the current salon/spa price point. Gift cards or pre-paid packages cannot be used to purchase another gift card or package.
Health History
For your comfort and safety, please notify our specialists if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert your service provider immediately. For many of our services, you will be asked to fill out a health history form and consent, this is to ensure you and your service provider are protected and on the same page regarding your treatment plan and expectations.
Right to Refuse Service
Our staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service. We have zero tolerance for harassment of our staff or clients.
Children
To ensure a relaxing atmosphere for yourself and for all our clients, we ask that children not accompany their parents to the salon or spa unless they are receiving a service themselves. If you bring your children with you to your service, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. We ask that you never leave your children unattended for any period of time.
Devices
To ensure a relaxing atmosphere for yourself and all our clients, we ask that you place all devices on silent or vibrate while in our facility. We also ask that you avoid taking loud phone calls during your service or while in our waiting areas.
